After fifteen years in the tech industry and a late ADHD diagnosis, she left to build a career and life around creativity, connection, and curiosity. Working primarily in abstract art, her paintings favour instinct over control and process over product. Each artwork emerges through creating without a defined outcome in mind and a surrender to the body and the present moment. Her practice grew out of her desire to unlearn masking and the work of learning to trust her body again after years of overriding it. She creates and shares her art, life, and philosophy from her little home studio. She is also building workshops that help people reconnect with their own creativity in community.

ARTIST’S STATEMENT

My life is to honour my nature,\r
To relish the fruit from my tree,\r
For that is all I have to offer,\r
To always be more of me.
