Taking art classes in Iran since 1982 and practicing on portrait anatomy and still life in different mediums. In 1990 moved to Japan, and lived there for 11 years, meantime I was looking into Japanese arts such as painting, Ikebana, Japanese paper dolls, pottery, and finding my way to learn and teach after few years. I participated in 2 exhibitions in Japan at Yokohama city. I studied Interior Design while I was living in Japan, which helped me to learn about art history. I found painting is one of the best therapy for me to enhance better quality of living. I always wanted to challenge myself in experiencing different styles and mediums.

ARTIST’S STATEMENT

Painting has therapeutic benefits and is incredibly relaxing and helps to reduce stress levels.
