I used mixed media to build a composition full of eyes and face-like forms, but nothing is literal. The suggestion of faces is fragmented, as if everyone is there but never fully defined. I like that ambiguity—it reflects the way we often sense people more than we fully understand them.\r\u003cbr\u003eThe brightness of the colors was intentional. It invites viewers in. This gathering of forms is alive and vibrant, but also strange and uncertain. I see it as a reflection of human interaction: playful, complicated, watchful, and ultimately connected.\r\u003cbr\u003eThis piece isn’t meant to be read in one way.
