I am so inspired by the Aurora in Alberta. These northern lights make such an interesting glow at night. This painting is an exaggerated version of my artistic view of Northern lights. I have used metallics to give this Aurora a bit more glow.

This is an exaggeration version of Rockyview county AB. The fall is just gorgeous in our neighbourhood. Colours are so vibrant and have beautiful contrasts of burnt orange, umber and yellow ochre. I’ve used metallic silver to highlight the bark which shines so gracefully.

This work is inspired by my ride on a quad with my little one on a very pleasant winter evening. The scenery was so magical that We had to paint it and especially the golden clouds really compliment my feelings of this evening.
