Her work is inspired by the environments she knows intimately: the rugged Canadian Rockies, the expansive Manitoba prairies, and the serene shores of Lake of the Woods. My work is a visual response to the landscapes I move through—vast skies, layered fields, glacial lakes, and the quiet geometry of trees and shoreline. Using a mix of traditional and contemporary mediums, I aim to capture a sense of space and emotion through colour, shape, and abstraction.

Rooted in both design and observation, my process blends structure with spontaneity. I’m drawn to contrast—between natural elements and hard edges, between openness and containment—and strive to create compositions that hold both tension and balance. Each piece is an invitation to pause and reflect, offering a moment of stillness and connection within the surrounding environment.
