Daniel Morowitz (b. 1989) is a painter based in Jersey City, NJ with a Bachelor’s Degree from Mason Gross School of the Arts, Rutgers University and a Masters Degree from Montclair State University; Exhibitions’ include shows in NYC at Field Projects Gallery, Here Arts Center, Proto Gomez Gallery, Anna Zorina, in Boston at Steven Zeviatas, Hong Kong at Over the Influence and co-curated “Unnatural Intimacy” at SPRING/BREAK NYC 2020, “Dogmatic Magic” at SPRING/BREAK NYC 2021 and “The Four Horsemen” at SPRING/BREAK NYC 2023. Solo exhibitions at Novado Gallery in Jersey City, Monti 8 in Italy, and Shelter Gallery in NYC. Daniels work has been featured in Hyperallergic, Two Coats of Paint, New American Paintings, VICE, Artforum, and Artnation on the Smithsonian Channel.
