Born & raised in Edmonton, Frances now lives on a farm in Sturgeon County. Experimenting with different styles & mediums, her subject matter spans from urban cityscapes to rural landscapes, from forests to florals. Her style reaches from realism to impressionistic to abstract. If you ask Frances what her favorite style or subject is, she will respond “whatever I am working on, that is my favorite”. Recently, Frances began experimenting with poetry and sometimes writes a poem about a painting she has done. You may find one tucked into the back of a painting you purchased.
