Hassan Nayerahmadi
I am a Toronto based artist. I primarily work in Acrylic and Watercolor.
My professional background is in Architecture, Urban planning and Art History. I studied Architecture at the Ecole des Beaux Arts in Paris and became an Architect DPLG (1972-1979). I also studied History of Art at Sorbonne University in Paris from 1979-1980.
ARTIST’S STATEMENT
As an artist and architect, my goal is to create harmony and movement within the space, and a connection between the setting and the piece. I have adapted my technique to capture the movement and ephemerality of the landscapes of southern Ontario and Quebec.
