Jeanne Beaudry

Born in 1987 in Northern Quebec, Jeanne Beaudry is an artist whose work bridges the realms of art and spirituality. From an early age, she demonstrated a profound sensitivity and a deep curiosity about philosophical and mystical concepts.
Jeanne's artistic journey began at the age of five, composing intuitive piano melodies. By thirteen, her maternal grandmother introduced her to oil painting, igniting a lifelong creative spark.
She went on to earn a DEC in Fine Arts from Cégep Marie-Victorin, a BA in Art History from UQAM, and an MA in Art Conservation from Queen's University. In 2023, she further refined her artistic voice through the mastery program at the Milan Art Institute.
The transformative experiences of giving birth naturally to her two children and becoming a certified yoga teacher led Jeanne to fully embrace her artistic path. Her creative process is deeply intuitive and meditative, exploring themes of feminine power, spiritual awakening, and the unseen energies that shape our inner worlds. Blending mediums such as collage, spray paint, and oil, her works emanate a sense of both depth and light.
"I always knew there was more," she reflects, capturing the essence of her spiritual and artistic evolution. Through her art, Jeanne seeks to illuminate the invisible, inviting viewers to connect with their own inner truths.
Based in Gatineau, QC, she creates in her serene studio space, where she also teaches yoga and hosts creative workshops. Her artistic practice is an offering — a celebration of life’s sacred cycles and the infinite beauty found within.
ARTIST’S STATEMENT
I believe that art has the power to awaken consciousness and inspire a sense of wonder. At its core, my practice is a call to reconnect with our essence, embrace the sacred, and celebrate the magic woven into our daily lives.
In a society that has distanced itself from ritual and spirituality, I see art as a gateway back to our inner truths. By cultivating a rich inner life, we root ourselves in harmony and authenticity.
My work seeks to evoke this sense of connection with nature, with our own creative energy, and with the unseen forces that shape our existence.
The feminine figure, representing the creative source, often emerges in my paintings, intertwined with elements of nature. Through these symbolic representations, I explore themes of mysticism, reverie, and renewal. Each piece becomes an invitation to pause, reflect, and remember our inherent connection to the world around us.
My creative process is deeply intuitive, guided by the interplay of texture, movement, and vibration. I find inspiration in nature’s organic forms, the serenity of meditation, the richness of art history, the divine feminine, and the intricate beauty of sacred geometry.
I envision a world where each person feels attuned to their own light and gifts, where life's sacredness is honoured through small, intentional moments. Through my art, I hope to ignite that remembrance — a spark of recognition that reminds us of where we come from and the beauty of our interconnected existence.
