Mash Ritchie
Mash Ritchie is an abstract artist living and working as an art consultant in Toronto, ON. She graduated from OCAD University with a BFA from the Drawing and Painting program.
ARTIST’S STATEMENT
Mash Ritchie's work explores intuitive mark making that motions towards the idea of restlessness and human experience. Through the push and pull of marks, she gives a nod to inner reflection as she creates works that capture the distance of fleeting moments. In the relentlessness of marks, one can find the negative spaces of such fleeting gestures.
