Graduate of the Fine Arts program at McMaster University, abstract expressionist art has always been a passion of mine, and in many ways an outlet. Influenced by street art and graffiti, cartoon faces often works its way into my subject matter. The cartoon face is in many ways the most simple and effective way of conveying human emotion. Adding elements of faces to my abstract work, leaves lots of little jewels for the viewer to discover and enjoy over time.
