She often uses acrylic paints, spray paints, collage, water based inks, oil pastels, gold leaf, modeling paste to build up the base layers and composition then starts the magic of oil colors. Her style is "Abstract realism" leaving areas loose for boosting audience imagination and realism in forms. She loves to paint nature like birds,flowers, faces, horses and spiritual paintings.

ARTIST’S STATEMENT

I am a mixed media oil painting artist who like to paint nature in my own unique style breaking barriers of realism and presenting my vision and version of “Abstract realism”with different textures and colors on canvas spreading calm and positivity. Every painting I create is part of my journey touching souls, exploring the depths within to find beauty and positivity that reside in each of us.

I draw inspiration from life. Being a creative person since childhood, colors inspired me to create. I pursued my bachelors and masters degree in Textile and clothing from University of Delhi and spent 16 years in the textile industry as a designer and entrepreneur to express my creativity. But I was thriving for more. "The peace within" away from competitions of the fierce industry. I started painting nature around me and my journey as a painter started. Since then it's being more then 5yrs, I have been painting and expressing myself in my paintings spreading the message of positivity and calm through my vibrant creations. People always get connected with my artwork and feel positivity instantaneously.
