ARTIST’S STATEMENT

I am a Toronto based multidisciplinary artist working in painting, sculpting, installation, performance, and ephemeral art. Our world is rapidly changing. My work addresses personal, social, and environment issues associated with this change.
My work bridges the line between reality and imagination, research into the complex relationships between people and the land. Rooted in philosophy and driven by introspection, my art is both an exploration and an expression—a visual dialogue shaped by connection, love, and the shared human experience.
Through the use of studio models, landscapes, and reflections on environmental concerns, I create semi-abstract compositions that explore emotion, thought, and the nuances of human interaction. My voice comes alive in vibrant colours, confident brushstrokes, expressive drawing, movement, and rhythm all working together to convey a sense of immediacy and depth.
Recognized through multiple juried exhibition awards in Ontario, my work continues to evolve as I navigate the intersection of internal landscapes and the world around us.
My works are collected domestically and internationally.
