Sohyun Kim is an emerging artist based in the Halton Region of Ontario. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from McMaster University and has continued to expand her practice through exhibitions across Ontario. Working primarily in oil painting, she explores themes of connection, memory, and storytelling. Her work examines how human emotions are preserved and reshaped over time, blending abstraction and figuration to reflect the interplay between remembering and forgetting.
