ARTIST’S STATEMENT

The process of creating my work is an organic one. The history and time of the creation of each art piece are crucial to me, and I keep the impulse of the emergence of an idea till the last brush stroke. My paintings seek to capture a fleeting moment or emotion while celebrating the joy of making.
Whether making a painting or drawing, I allow the elements I create to ‘appear’ on the surface of the canvas or paper.
My approach is mainly intuitive; the paintings unfold and develop almost of their own accord, and I aim to invite the viewer to find an emotional connection within the painting.

Solar eclipse ( April 8, 2024, Canada) is once-in -a-lifetime
I had an unforgettable experience of seeing that darkness come in so fast… and then looking up and seeing that ring and seeing the little flames coming off the sun.
Inspired by the captivating phenomenon of a total solstice, where the sun emerges after moments of darkness, "The Creation Code: After Solar Eclipse" painting encapsulates the essence of this profound experience. The artwork's theme of circles and swirls mirrors the sun's emergence, symbolizing the eternal cycle of light and darkness, birth and renewal. Through vibrant colors and dynamic forms, the painting embodies humans"s awe and reverence for the natural world's beauty and resilience.

The Creation Code: Code 7 is a visual question about spirit and matter, the beginning and the end, that transcends the boundaries of paint and canvas. This painting is a portal into the subconscious, co-creation, and a kaleidoscopic meditation on the balance between randomness and purpose in the cosmos.

A subtle interplay of vibrant hues of this painting " The Creation Code: Code 3" suggests the meticulous strokes of a celestial artist, leaving behind a trail of questions that echo through the corridors of the mind. Is the universe a product of chance, or does it follow an intricate code, a blueprint of divine orchestration? Is the chaos a new order? Or are they opposite, like white and black?
The use of organic shapes and lines creates a sense of depth and space, prompting the viewer to focus on the relationship between the arrangement and its surroundings.
The interlocking shapes and the lively background influence the viewer's perception of the composition's stability, challenging the viewer's perception of balance and form.

This painting is a portal into the subconscious, co-creation, and a kaleidoscopic meditation on the balance between randomness and purpose in the cosmos.
This art features a vibrant abstract painting with a rich tapestry of colors and forms. The color palette is diverse, consisting of bold reds, deep blues, sunny yellows, and softer shades like lilac and light green, creating a striking contrast. This is my the second artwork from the series “Summer holidays. Nostalgia for childhood”, in which I try to dive deeper into the topic of nostalgia for childhood, inviting the viewer on a journey through time and generations. Building on the cheerful essence of the previous work, the canvas now reflects a deeper exploration of family ties and the continuity that binds generations. I continue to work with bright and optimistic shades, filling the picture with an undeniable feeling of joy and warmth. Reminiscent of sun-warmed memories, these vibrant hues dance across the canvas, inviting us to remember the carefree days and blissful summers of our youth. The smudges ( flow) of paint take on a profound significance, transcending mere accidental elements. They are symbolic of the fluidity of time itself, where the essence of each generation flows and intertwines, leaving behind a unique and vibrant hue. As the canvas captures the passage of time, it becomes a poignant reflection of the impermanence and beauty of life's journey.

It is the third installment of the series "Summer Holidays: Childhood Nostalgia, "I am continuing my journey through time, thinking about family ties and the enduring legacy of generations past.
For me, the painting becomes a window into the interconnectedness of the past, present, and future, where the brushstrokes of each era converge, intertwine, and leave an indelible mark on the life narrative.
The painting has the same color palette with bright and vibrant colors as previous paintings of this series. The layers of color and texture echo the complexity of human existence, where triumphs and tribulations intermingle, and life's rich tapestry unfolds in all its beauty.
Each element was carefully arranged, and the composition takes on a compelling symbolism. At the center of the canvas stands a family( two boats), generations united, bound by the thread of time. The brushstrokes that form the elders' figures are laden with reverence and respect, embodying their vital support as the pillars of wisdom and guidance for the family's younger members. The support and love bestowed by the oldest generation become the bedrock on which our achievements and happiness are built.
Reflecting on the continuity between generations will inspire you to cherish and honor the wisdom passed down from those who came before us.
