Alberto (KinRossArt) is a Toronto indie artist working in fluid, instinct-driven abstraction. Inspired by the raw energy of color, shape, and the movement found in nature, he creates bold, expressive works across canvas and unconventional surfaces. His perspective is shaped by travel, cultural influence, and the environments of the Pacific Northwest, where organic forms and flowing rhythms became central to his visual language. Constantly exploring new techniques, collaborations, and ideas, Alberto’s practice evolves through experimentation and spontaneous discovery.

ARTIST’S STATEMENT

I create through instinct. The piece starts before the thought — color, motion, and emotion moving together until they find their own form. My process is experimental, spontaneous, and rooted in the natural world. I’m drawn to moments that feel alive: the shift of water, the shapes of forests, the patterns found in cities and cultures I’ve encountered. My work isn’t meant to tell you what to feel. It’s meant to meet you where you really are.
