Exhibition Opportunities

How does the exhibition process work?
The process begins when an artist lists their original, ready-to-hang artworks on their helloart profile. helloart then identifies suitable local commercial building lobbies for exhibition and notifies the artist of the opportunity. If selected, the artist delivers the artworks to helloart’s storage facility. helloart handles the installation, and the exhibition runs for a three-month period. At the conclusion of the exhibition, the artist retrieves their artworks from helloart’s storage.

How does helloart match artists with businesses?
At helloart, we combine technology and personalized curation to pair artists with local commercial building lobbies. Our process begins with assessing each space's dimensions and aesthetic preferences, then curating a selection of local artists for the business to choose from. To clarify our matching process, we’ve created an engaging video outlining how we connect artists with unique opportunities.

How do I increase my chances of exhibiting?
The more artworks and range of sizes you upload, the greater your exhibition opportunities. Aim to upload a minimum of 10 artworks, preferably medium to large in size (at least 20x20 inches or larger), as this range is better suited for commercial building lobbies.

How long will my art be displayed?
Exhibitions typically last around three months.

How many times can I exhibit with helloart?
There’s no limit to how many times you can exhibit; artists may participate in multiple exhibitions whenever opportunities arise.

Can I decline an exhibition opportunity?
Yes, artists are free to decline any offers that don’t align with their preferences.

Does helloart provide art labels for exhibitions?
