ARTIST’S STATEMENT

Closer to me my painting tells a story, in a society where emotions are often dismissed by the will to succeed and perform, abstract art is for me the way to write what I live. My work is in the fusion of a powerful intuition and an organic sensitivity. The gesture and the colors reveal an interior and living movement. Well beyond words, painting allows me to reconcile with the unspeakable. The thread of arianne of my art revolves around the identity, harmony and dialogue of what surrounds me. These essential themes at the heart of my work are presented in series. My reflections are based on the current of the automatists, Françoise Sullivan being one of the artists who in his strength and power nourish my artistic impulses.

Can we believe that without an image there is nothing?
