I was introduced to the world of photography at the young age of 17. Darkrooms and developing fluid were the smells that gave me that proverbial “high”. A 35mm film camera was the key that helped me discover myself, and something truly magical.
Who would have known then the advancements that would happen in this industry? High resolution pictures delivering remarkably real photographs that you could swear you could reach out and feel the image. As the tools and the process have changed over the years, one thing that has never waned is my passion for photography. I love life, and I love what I do and I only love one thing more and that is capturing it!
Family, friends, traveling, colour, texture, thoughts, feelings, history… my inspiration comes from many different areas of my life. The creative process allows me to produce photographs that tell a story, that cause people to think and elicit emotion. I strive to make my audience feel excited and euphoric as I transfer my thoughts, feelings and vision into my pictures.
