Cathy was born in London Ont. and now lives in Woodstock. She has been painting professionally since 1989 and has participated in 40 solo exhibitions and over 400 group shows. Her work is in 10 countries. She has work in numerous public, corporate and private collections in Canada, The USA, and Taiwan.

ARTIST’S STATEMENT

Landscapes are a common theme in my realistic depictions, painted using oils on canvas. I paint what I know, and thus these landscapes are of views of Ontario. Having lived all of my life in busy urban centres, I gravitate to painting calm and peaceful places.
