Luiza is a multidisciplinary artist living in Toronto. She studied architecture and design strategy but it was in the illustration and visual arts that she found her voice. Her curious mind takes her to explore new materials and techniques which expand her expertise in visual arts.
Luiza is originally from brazil and she is passionate about travelling and getting immersed in nature. When she's not creating new artwork, she is enjoying the outdoors.

ARTIST’S STATEMENT

Luiza brings her vibrant and colourful roots into her artwork and creates scenarios around the theme of feminism and self-care. She uses her artistic skills to connect with herself and express her ideas and feelings of the moment. Her creative tools range all the way from digital illustration to watercolour to embroidery.
