ARTIST’S STATEMENT
For me, collage is much more than a technique; it is my favorite medium for storytelling. My creative process is a constant exploration between two worlds: the precision of digital collage applied to design and motion graphics, and the tactile, organic nature of analog collage.
I am passionate about the hunt for materials and the physical exploration of paper. Finding the perfect fragment among the pages of old books, vintage photographs, threads, or dried flora is an act of narrative excavation. Each element carries a previous story that invites me to intervene, cut, and reassemble it to create new worlds and visual poems.
By delving into archives of vintage publications and found objects, I rescue the female presence and the quiet beauty of daily life. Through these cutouts, I seek to generate journeys through time, where surreal and abstract worlds emerge with the turn of a page, revealing that which was previously hidden.
