Colour Field Abstract Artist O.C.A.D. 1985 Primarily my focus was on 1/1 Serigraph mono prints and small V/E varied editions. My resent endeavors include - Acrylic on Canvas and Shaped Mix media . New works part of an ongoing exploration of the Fibonacci Sequence...phi 1.618. The Golden ratio , Spirals, Colour harmony, Symbols, Human geometry and the wonder's in our unexplored oceans and outer space.
My Art is represented in Hundred's of Private and Corporate Art Collections As well as several Ontario Public Art Collections. My work is also represented in the Canadian Consulate in Miami and meany U.S. Collections
ARTIST’S STATEMENT
Inspiration for this new work is the fascinating star clusters asteroids nebula's and double spiral galaxies . Wow! All at our finger tips.
Using Med and Large 5 sided Biomorphic Shapes and Golden Spirals to create my New Paintings
influence : The ratio 1.618, Jackson Pollock,James Webb Space Telescope
and Wassily Kandinsky, who taught , geometric forms, lines and colour could covey the feeling of weightlessness that abstraction was an experience that engaged sight, sound, and emotions.
