El Paso-(born) Minneapolis-(Living) Visual Artist/Painter - my work is a combination of light, space, color, pattern, and spirituality revealing a dynamic movement composition and iconography.

ARTIST’S STATEMENT

As a visual artist and painter, the goal of my work is to allow the viewer of my work to get lost for just a moment, taking a deep breath, or taking a break from the chaos or order of their hectic life. My sincere hope for those viewing my paintings, is that the vibrant beauty of the colors will open their eyes to the other simple sublimes of their home, neighborhood, city and the broader world that is creation. I would love for everyone to just take a moment and meditate on my paintings, then simply walk away bathed in the colors of creation, and be filled with a sense of wonder, innocence and gratitude for the wonderful gift of vision, vibrancy and the beauty of color that is always unknowingly surrounding us all.
