Nancy Helmsworth is a local artist who has exhibited nationally and locally for years. She takes her inspiration from the wild beauty of Oregon and most recently has been captivated with the vibrant and resilient nature in Forest Park.

ARTIST’S STATEMENT

Nancy began focusing on the world famous Forest Park 7 years ago, a place that thousands of visitors/week enjoy as a refuge from urban life. Over time she learned more about the human interface with this property and that too has led her to other variations within her work.
