Oswald Maxime Jiotio
My name is Oswald Maxime Jiotio known under the name "JAYMAX", I am a Montreal based artist originally from Cameroon. I am a self-taught painter and I discovered my passion for art at a young age, but my parents never accepted that I do this at school so I started to practice by watching videos on youtube. My art is a mix of different styles like expressionism, abstract, realism, pop art, textile art and also murals. My main medium is airbrush and acrylic painting. During my career I have participated in numerous art exhibitions, competitions in which I won prizes and I have worked with some clothing brands on special collections. My art is more based on the representation of what surrounds me and everyone can relate to it by browsing through my work.
