I paint on location throughout Alberta to increase awareness of the necessity for preservation of the natural beauty of Alberta landscapes. The brushwork and colour choices express my immediate emotional reaction to the landscape. I enjoy painting on location with oil or watercolour to capture my response to the changing skies and landscape.
My Bachelor of Fine Arts degree is from the University of Alberta and Yale University. I have exhibited my paintings in 20 solo shows and 42 group exhibitions in Canada and the United States. My paintings are found in private, corporate and public art collections. Presently my work is shown in the Art Sales and Art Rental Gallery at both the Art Gallery of Alberta and the Art Gallery of St. Albert.

I paint an emotional response to the landscape using oil or watercolour. I often paint on location to capture the moods of changing the landscapes.
