A painting begins intuitively. My inspirations come from many unexpected places. A trip, a conversation or an event can be sources of inspiration. You could be close to a painting inspired by my trip to Thailand, United Emirates Arab, France, USA , Ethiopia, Kenya, Côte d’Ivoire or any where in the world. I have some images, forms, colors throughout my days that I paint.
I work on canvases, wood, paper, vases, plates, metal, lampshades, T-shirts and on rocks. I use acrylic or oil paint according to my inspiration of the moment. I prefer sometimes to do a mixed media for the fun of it and to share with the collectors my inner feelings. Art is my center and without it my life is unbalanced.
