Rachida Addou

I am an abstract artist based in Toronto. My art is a wild and vibrant interpretation of the fascinating interplay between mind and nature during the healing journey, a path that ultimately leads us to spiritual homeostasis. I use vibrant colors and rich textures to emphasize that although healing is transcendent and transformative, it is often an uncomfortable process-raw and challenging. However, as we embrace this journey, a profound beauty emerges from within, enabling us to recognize the beauty that surrounds us.

ARTIST’S STATEMENT
Creativity builds up and spirals like tornadoes in the deepest, most hidden mind spaces, filling voids with meaning and beauty, tilting and elevating perceptions to higher levels of consciousness where possibilities become infinite.
