Sampy Sicada is a fine artist and media scholar. His works are surrealist portraits created with colored pencils, graphite and charcoal, and has been exhibited in galleries internationally including at the London Art Biennale and at the Oculus at The World Trade Center. Sampy’s practice explores the fractionation of living in the Global Village, a theme that speaks closely to his own background as a British-Hong Konger. He has also given talks and lectures on media and art issues.
