Shirley Moulton is an Ottawa-based artist and writer, and has been showing her artwork professionally since 1995. She is a member of Arts Network Ottawa, Art East, Ottawa School of Art, Ottawa Watercolour Society, and the Colored Pencil Society of America. She paints in a number of media, including oil, pastel, watercolour, pen & ink, gouache, and coloured pencil. Shirley paints in the manner of representational realism, and has completed many pet portrait commissions.
