I've been oil painting since 2017. Without any formal training in fine arts, I resorted to watching video tutorials in order to improve my skills. Born in the Philippines, and living in Canada for the past 20 years, I am inspired by landscapes, wildlife, and people from both countries.

ARTIST’S STATEMENT

This artistic journey has given me a new purpose in life. To me, oil painting gives me a sense of self discovery I never thought was possible. It's like meditating, but I get to share it with whoever sees my art.
