The installations and taxidermy specimens of the former museum of natural history of Puebla in Mexico were used for this project, a space in a state of abandonment to obtain metaphorical images with which to raise awareness and reflect on environmental issues.

The photographic series is inspired by the cycle of life and tries to capture the author's own frustration, when understanding the great environmental problems that we currently suffer and that we will bequeath to the next generations.

The message of his photographs is seasoned with touches of irony and fantasy, even putting the human being inside the bars of the zoo in which the planet is being transformed.

The great success of "Historias del Paraíso" put the spotlight on the deteriorating museum, which promoted a popular action to finally get the facilities preserved and reopened to the public.
