Camilia, Morning After

Oil on canvas.

48x60x1.50"

A fun "tongue in cheek" style painting, Camilia Morning After Two has a certain kooky look! In creating this piece, Lupri delved into a blend of cubism and expressionism with hints of pop art and a semi-abstract touch. He utilized oil, wax, and charcoal to texture and layer depth, exploring the multifaceted nature of human emotion and perception. Each segment and color choice narrates a part of a complex story, aimed to evoke introspection, fun and curiosity. This artwork radiates a dynamic and vivid energy, vibrant with chaotic clarity that can bring a reflective yet invigorating presence into any space.
