This began as a photograph I took earlier—same subject, but a different presence entirely.
Younger. Softer. Looking down instead of out.

Less constructed. More exposed.

I shot it.
I reframed it.
I slowed it down.
I shifted the palette into saturated blues and purples—cooler, deeper, more internal.
I manipulated the surface.
I layered it with glitter—not as spectacle, but as a subtle interruption of light.

The result is a companion work—one that holds the same visual language but moves in the opposite emotional direction.
