This image is printed on canvas, stretched (mirrored gallery-wrap) on a 0.75” wood frame, with a rich, satin finish. My logo is not printed on the canvas; I signed the back of the piece.

Thanks to the spring melt that was underway on the North Saskatchewan River, I managed to capture some beautifully-coloured reflections in the water at sunset. Before capturing this image, I’d have guessed I’d prefer the images I’ve taken with full, not partial bridge reflections – and my guess would have been wrong! I love how the sheets of ice create “leading lines” and how the colour tones work so well with the bridge.

With early spring being an “in-between season” — too early for flowers or shades of green on trees, and snow melting everywhere, sign me up for icy eye candy, gorgeous sunsetty, reflecty vibes anytime!
