Is This All There Is?

Is this all there is? It’s an existential question I find myself returning to more often lately. The first half of life is spent growing—exploring, stretching our minds, building careers, accumulating things and money. The second half slows us down. We begin to reflect, sometimes with our toes in the sand, watching light shimmer across the water. And still the question lingers: is there more to life than this, or are we all just dust in the wind in the end—like grains of sand slipping through my fingers?
