For this particular piece, I had done extensive research on the topic of the working class in the 1800s such that there was the demonstration and the war of the Industrial Revolution. So, the main idea of this particular artwork was meant to be a reflection of the female workers (especially the middle-class people) who dressed up differently and politically - sort of speak. This was the main reason that I wanted to paint this portrait after drawing it out on paper.
