This painting is part of my One Hundred Tales series. The inspiration for this body of work draws from the mountains of Western Canada, the Pacific Northwest, and the many places I’ve traveled — yet each piece ultimately emerges from memory and imagination rather than direct depiction. These landscapes become dreamlike spaces where familiarity and fantasy quietly blur, inviting viewers to wander through scenes that feel both remembered and newly discovered.
