Created with bold, impasto strokes and vibrant, layered color, the painting celebrates the emotional language of the land — where every trunk, leaf, and reflection vibrates with life. Using a palette knife and thick acrylics, I built up rich textures that mirror the physicality of the northern landscape — the feeling of bark, the shimmer of water, and the glow of autumn light.

The palette leans toward luminous reds, magentas, and yellows that pulse against deep purples and blues. Evoking both the warmth of healing and the choice to embrace joy amidst life’s changing seasons. The tree at the center stands as a symbol of renewal and grounded resilience, its roots reaching into the earth while its branches dance toward the sky
