Darren B. Singer transforms a familiar object—the light bulb—into a radiant abstraction. The central form, suggested through sweeping curves and a filament-like structure, glows with layered color: green, yellow, purple, and orange pulse against a backdrop of fractured blues and reds. The bulb is not rendered literally, but evoked through gesture and hue, as if memory itself were illuminating the canvas.
The filament, striped in green and yellow, anchors the composition with a sense of function and fragility.
