The Butcher Shop Quartet stages a surreal interior between dark red curtains and a striped green-orange floor. A woman in pink kneels over an open book at center, while an oversized dark green arm descends from above, its hand hovering just over her head. The bright turquoise space behind her places both bodies on display. Thin drips interrupt the graphic color blocks.

The Butcher Shop Quartet was selected by Veronica Roberts, the Director of the Cantor Arts Center at Stanford University, to premiere at the Pacific Art League's 104th Anniversary Exhibition, November 14, 2025–January 13, 2026, in Palo Alto, California.
