1st of my “Geological Lineage” series called “The Fabric of Life” made with findings from our family farm established in 1870, including my grandmother’s grade books pages, maps, math flash cards, sewing patterns, my daughters opera sheet music, California Thomas guides pages, LA Times Covid clippings, raw canvas strings, paint, and even candy wrappers from todays open studio class..on 14 gram canvas. This creation took over 27 hours and weighs over 7 pounds.
