This is another painting from my new series "Paint Music".
Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No. 2 (Adagio sostenuto) captures the ultimate expression of romantic love—a soaring, emotional melody that builds into a massive, breathtaking swell before resolving in quiet intimacy. I translated that journey into color: reds, pinks, and oranges exploding with passion, brilliant yellows breaking through, deep purples grounding the emotion, and white passages holding those quiet, intimate moments. This is the sound of a heart pouring itself onto the canvas.
