THE TURNING POINTS OF THE WORLD

Oil on canvas.

30x24x1.50"

Inspired by Jacob’s dream and Kabbalistic symbolism, this painting explores the connection between the earthly and divine worlds. The spiral ladder represents continuous spiritual ascent, while angels, sacred letters, and symbolic forms create a visual language of revelation. The work combines layered oil paint with impasto texture, giving the surface a sculptural quality and emphasizing movement, light, and spiritual energy.
Message / Inscription:
The letters יהוה form a hidden code:
יה — the Divine Name.
26 — its number.
And the prophetic formula: “Thus says the Lord.”
I did not plan to write these letters — my hand formed them on its own, and only later I understood the sign: what seems accidental becomes revelation.
