Series: What We Carry — Bury Me in Silence
A vast field of rust and ash settles over the canvas, holding the weight of words never spoken. Beneath it, fragments of light struggle through layers of gray and black, as though memory itself is searching for air.
The dark passage at the center feels less like a void and more like a place of keeping—a chamber where grief, longing, and unfinished thoughts are laid to rest. Yet scattered flecks of golden ochre remain, refusing disappearance. They linger like small acts of hope, hidden within the quiet.

Bury Me in Silence speaks to the burdens we carry when expression feels impossible, when emotions are folded inward and left undisturbed. It is not a surrender to silence, but an acknowledgment of its presence—the way it can conceal wounds, preserve truths, and shape the stories we tell ourselves.

In the stillness, something endures. Not every feeling asks to be heard; some simply ask to be held.
