All it takes is one moment, one breath, one heartbeat for our lives to drastically change.

The force of this unexpected wave of change, can allow us to feel like we are caught in an undertow and unable to breathe. Even if we see the wave forming in the distance, we can never truly comprehend how it will affect us. It is the aftermath of this tidal wave of change, that has us collecting all our parts so that we can rediscover what it is like to feel whole.
