“Bones” is one of my unique pieces of work. I set out creating this work to give the visualization of a dimensional look with elevations within the design on canvas. Stepping back from the closely finished work, I realized the pattern along with the paint reminded me of bones. Although the white base paint was supposed to be a primer for other paints that would be added, it was decided that the white gives this piece a simplistic look and design that would work in any environment.
