Boyscouts relates - with humor - a story of teen boys "trespassing" on private property and encountering a magical connection in the forest.

I use vibrant hues of blue to create a link between the outside world and the inner states of human consciousness.

Boyscouts is one of many paintings depicting younger members of my immediate and extended family. My muse-models-collaborators role-play in scenarios inspired by Teen Thriller, teen sleuth/adventure/sci-fi genres, seen time and time again in graphic novels, film and television (‘’Nancy Drew’’, ‘’Harry Potter Twilight’’, “Stranger Things”, to name a few). These familiar tropes fuel utopian/dystopian scenarios, endowing my “protagonists” with supernatural powers.
