The layering of paint and the use of different brushes and tools to create texture make a tactile quality that excites me. Using various colors, I tried to create a balanced tension that kept my eye engaged across the canvas. Hopefully, there is freedom to interpret and find personal meaning within the art. I have different responses to my own work, melted butter being one of them.
